Qualifications

• Previous production/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude is essential.
• Willingness to work overtime and extra shifts as needed.
• Experience reading and interpreting production specifications is a plus.

• Safely and effectively operate machines.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Perform required quality testing on products produced.
• Observe machine operation to detect defects or malfunctions; make corrections.

Cardinal Staffing Services has an upcoming opportunity in Tiffin, OH for Machine Operators. The Machine Operator is responsible for operating automated and semi-automated production equipment to create and manufacture finished products.

Cardinal Staffing Services, is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($16.32/hr) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Potential of pay raises within the first 3 months and a potential pay raise of up to $20.40/hr within the first year! Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Available shifts include 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift.

Responsibilities of the Machine Operator

Prepare machine for productionSafely and effectively operates machinesMaintain productivity and quality standardsPerforms required quality testing on products producedObserves machine operation to detect piece defects or machine malfunction. Makes corrections to alleviate out of specification product.

Required Qualifications of the Machine Operator

Previous experience in production, manufacturing, assembling, and/or machine operating preferred Demonstrated mechanical aptitude is essential Flexibility to work overtime and extra shifts as neededExperience reading and interpreting production specifications a plus
