Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Operate production/assembly equipment.
• Use calipers and micrometers.
• Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Leadership experience or ability to lead/train.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting.
• Follow safety instructions; forklift operation; overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate production and assembly equipment to meet production requirements.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain optimal machine operating speeds.
• Complete product inspections, production reports, and downtime documentation.
• Perform daily autonomous maintenance and participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Monitor and coach production employees to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently while meeting quality standards.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Provide day‑to‑day direction, training, and support to production team members.
