PROMAN Staffing in Wood Dale, IL is hiring a Press Brake Operator for a premier manufacturer of retail fixtures and display solutions. This is a 2nd shift position (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM).

You will operate hydraulic and CNC press brakes, read blueprints and bend tables, inspect parts to spec, and ensure safe, accurate production. Candidates require 2+ years of press brake experience and the ability to lift up to 50 lb and stand for a full 8-hour shift.

• Read blueprints and bend tables.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand 8 hours.
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, and measuring tools.

About the mission

Press Brake Operator Job Summary

• $22 per hour, depending on experience
• 2nd shift — 2:00 PM - 10 PM
• Operate hydraulic and CNC press brake machines
• Read blueprints and technical drawings
• Inspect finished parts to specifications

Press Brake Operator Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Press Brake operating experience
• Ability to read blueprints and bend tables
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, and measuring tools

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: $22.00 per hour

Required profile

• Adhere to procedures and safety instructions.
• Check the compliance of parts and identify non-compliances.
• Ensure the proper functioning of packaging machines.
• Establish monitoring and traceability documents.
• Inform the Supervisor of any anomalies.
• Package standard or special worktops.

• Experience: Between 2 years and 5 years
