Pay: $22-27/hr + 15% shift differential for 2nd shift
Shift:
1st = Mon - Fri (7am to 3:30pm)
2nd = Mon-Thu (3:30pm to 2am) - must be able to train on 1st shift for 2-4 weeks (7am to 3:30pm)
Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC press brake machines to bend, form, and cut metal sheets and plates.
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders to determine specifications and set up requirements.
Adjust machine settings for material type, thickness, and bend angle to meet product specifications.
Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Troubleshoot issues with equipment and perform basic maintenance tasks as needed.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Press Brake Operator or similar role in a metal fabrication environment.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Familiarity with CNC machinery and press brake controls.
