Job summary

Total Talent Resources and QFS seeks a Press Brake Operator in Elk Grove Village, IL. You will operate press brake and fabrication equipment, interpret blueprints, set up dies, and perform daily maintenance. The role requires attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years press brake experience preferred.
• Experience with Amada RG 50 and Cincinnati Press preferred.
• Able to read tape measures and convert fractions to decimals.
• Able to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs with assistance.
• Steel toe shoes and safety glasses required.

Responsibilities

• Operate press brake and other fabrication equipment.
• Follow work instructions from supervisors and production coordinators.
• Perform daily machine maintenance before operation.
• Set up and install proper bending dies.
• Inspect parts after bending to ensure quality.
• Read blueprints and use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Report damaged tools or equipment to supervisors.
• Complete additional manufacturing duties as needed.
