Alfa Laval in Tulsa/Broken Arrow, OK is seeking a Machine Operator II to set up, operate and maintain conventional and special-purpose machines, fabricating structural parts with precision. You will read blueprints, measure components, handle fixtures and tools, and monitor operations to uphold quality and efficiency, with safety at the forefront and opportunities to cross-train across areas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• 3+ years in manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
• Experience with industrial machines is preferred.
• Forklift certification is preferred.
• Overhead crane experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with radial drills, fin tube machinery, band saws, presses, breaks and shears.

Responsibilities

• Provide materials to workstations and locations as needed.
• Read blueprints or job specifications.
• Set up, operate and maintain machines including loading, machining and deburring.
• Measure, mark and scribe dimensions for precision.
• Monitor machine operations and adjust as needed.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate to Lead or Supervisor when required.
• Maintain clean and safe work area and assist training of others.
