Alfa Laval in Tulsa, OK (also Broken Arrow) seeks a Machine Operator II to operate and maintain conventional and special-purpose machines, fabricating structural parts with precision. You will apply shop theory, perform layouts, and contribute to quality and efficiency with limited guidance.

The role emphasizes reading blueprints, measuring with tape and calipers, selecting tools, and safely handling lifting equipment as part of a collaborative team in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• 3+ years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Basic math and measurement skills (tape measure, calipers) required.
• Forklift and overhead crane experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide materials to workstations as needed.
• Read blueprints or job specs to determine requirements.
• Set up, operate, and maintain machines including loading, machining and deburring.
• Measure and mark dimensions for accuracy.
• Select and secure tools, fixtures, and materials.
• Monitor operations and adjust as needed to ensure quality.
• Replace machined parts and install as required.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary.
• Transport products to designated departments and rig/relocate as needed.
• Maintain a tidy work area and comply with safety policies.
