Butterball in North Carolina is seeking a Production Operator to set up, operate and maintain equipment in the assigned department. You will work in a fast-paced food processing plant, following safety procedures and GMP guidelines to meet production standards.

You will collaborate with supervision and quality teams, perform line checks, document equipment records, and be willing to work extended hours, weekends, and varied shifts as needed. Training is provided for manufacturing experience.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to pass background check, drug screen and pre-employment physical.
• Ability to learn and operate multiple equipment types in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong math and clear communication skills.

Mansioni

• Set up, operate, and maintain equipment to meet production standards.
• Run product at line speed as scheduled by Production Supervisor.
• Adhere to safety procedures, Lock Out – Tag Out, and GMP guidelines.
• Maintain equipment records and communicate downtime or malfunctions.
• Cross-train on other equipment/areas as needed.
