Job summary

Butterball is hiring a machine operator to set up and run equipment in a fast-paced food manufacturing plant. You will operate and tear down machinery, monitor line speed, and maintain safe, compliant operations in a high-noise environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to pass background checks and drug screens, and willingness to work extended hours including weekends as needed. PPE will be provided and required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Must pass pre-employment physical and wear PPE in manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and tear down equipment as instructed.
• Run product at line speed as scheduled by Production Supervisor.
• Maintain equipment records and communicate issues to supervision.
• Follow all safety procedures and USDA/GMP guidelines.
