Butterball, LLC is seeking a production support teammate in Mount Olive, NC. You will assist the Supervisor in the assigned production area, follow daily tasks and rotations, and help the line run on time while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires teamwork, basic math, and the ability to work overtime in a fast-paced meat production environment. This position emphasizes reliability and collaborative problem-solving on the production floor.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must pass background check, drug screen and pre-employment physical.
• Able to perform basic math and typing tasks.
• Willing to work overtime and flexible shifts as needed.

Responsabilités

• Follows direction of the Production Supervisor to assign and instruct personnel on daily production duties.
• Observes equipment operation and notifies relevant staff of malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Provides timely feedback to the supervisor about issues arising in daily production.
• Assists with daily equipment setup to ensure the line runs on time.
• Completes checks and measurements accurately and records results.
• Assists in training staff to ensure a quality product.
• Supports ergonomic and performance evaluations for new hires.
• Contributes to early shift setup and maintains punctual attendance.
• Willing to work weekends, overtime, and holidays as required.
