Job summary

Canam Steel Corporation in Buckeye, Arizona is seeking a Machine Operator II to run moderately complex machinery and support efficient production. You will operate according to SOPs, monitor output and quality, and handle materials with overhead cranes.

This role requires crane certification, up to 50 pounds lifting, and the ability to work 1st shift with overtime as needed. Prior experience in manufacturing is preferred, and you must maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety

Qualifications

• Operate machinery according to standard operating procedures.
• Monitor production output and quality to meet specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow safety protocols.
• Valid crane certification must be maintained.
• 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery according to standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Monitor production output and quality to meet specifications.
• Operate overhead cranes for material handling.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment.
• Assist with material handling and lifting as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and comply with safety protocols.
