Job summary

Trex is seeking a Machine Operator II in Little Rock, AR to support decking production. The role focuses on safe and efficient operation of production equipment, quality control, and meeting production goals.

You will join a team that values safety, accountability, and continuous improvement in a high-volume environment. Responsibilities include operating forklifts and other equipment, performing quality checks, and adhering to lockout/tagout procedures while maintaining a clean and safe work

Qualifications

• Experience with bulk materials or extrusion is preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts and related equipment.
• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Put safety first in all tasks.
• Work as a team to drive our “people first” culture.
• Operate forklift and production machinery safely.
• Perform quality checks during production.
• Deliver raw materials to process lines.
• Maintain PPE compliance.
• Follow Lock Out/Tag Out procedures.
• Extend housekeeping duties to keep the plant clean and safe.
• Troubleshoot production issues and make adjustments as needed.
• Be able to work 12-hour shifts.
