Job summary

Alfa Laval Corporate AB is seeking an experienced assembler to contribute to our precision manufacturing processes in the United States. The role focuses on standard assembly, quality control, and record-keeping to support continuous improvements across production lines.

Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma or GED and 2–3 years in a manufacturing environment, with the ability to read drawings and basic computing skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required with relevant experience.
• Crane or forklift certifications are a plus.
• Ability to read drawings, blueprints, and manufacturing orders.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and perform value-adding tasks on parts.
• Monitor output quality and identify defects for rework or discard.
• Maintain accurate daily assembly production records.
• Perform production work per ALPS standards and engage in continuous improvements.
