Job summary

Stryker is hiring a Production Technician in Cary, IL to set up, operate, clean, and sanitize Comfort Bath production lines. You will disassemble and reassemble equipment for cleaning, perform COP/CIP tasks, and ensure sanitation per GMP guidelines.

The role requires a high school diploma and 2+ years in manufacturing, with preferred experience in CIP/COP processes and basic hand tools. Shift schedule includes Monday, Friday, and weekend spans with competitive benefits and a bonus program.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience with CIP/COP procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, clean, and sanitize production lines and equipment.

Schedule: Mondays: 7:00am – 3:00pm; Fridays: 7:00am – 3:00pm; Saturdays/Sundays: 7:00am – 7:00pm

What You Will Do:

• Set up, operate, clean, and sanitize Comfort Bath production lines and equipment.
• Disassemble and reassemble production equipment as needed for cleaning and maintenance.
• Perform manual parts washing and operate COP equipment following established cleaning protocols.
• Complete RFS cleaning and sanitization of production lines and equipment.
• Perform production line setups and changeovers efficiently and safely.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and pneumatic equipment issues and assist technicians with repairs.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and applicable safety and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and other teams to support cleaning validations, productivity, and equipment effectiveness.
