Job summary

TekniPlex in the United States is seeking a production worker to assist the Production Technician with order processing, set-up, and packaging. You will perform quality inspections and help operate manufacturing equipment to support the production line.

The role requires reading safety rules and manuals, basic math for measurements, and adherence to SQF/BRC/HACCP standards. Shifts are 12 hours, 2-2-3 rotation (5:45am–6:00pm).

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules and operating instructions.
• Basic math and measurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Production Tech with order processing, changes and set-up.
• Bag, box, or palletize finished product.
• Perform quality inspections and tests.
• Position sheet rolls and start sheet into formers and trim press.
• Assist in operation of manufacturing equipment.
• Prepare production logs, product tags and time cards.
• Operate scrap grinder and understand recycle system.
• Follow plant safety and housekeeping guidelines.
• Comply with SQF / BRC / HACCP standards per location policy.
• Note: 12 hour shifts on a 2-2-3 rotation, 5:45am-6:00pm.
