Job summary

Bionix® is seeking a Production Technician I to help ensure smooth manufacturing operations. You will support production tasks, maintain equipment, monitor lines, and follow safety and quality standards to deliver high-quality products on schedule.

The role emphasizes attention to detail and the ability to work independently, with duties including recording work orders, basic quality checks, and housekeeping across the production area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• ISO 13485-2016 Training.
• Basic Math skills.
• Able to self-manage.

Responsibilities

• Accurately produce subassemblies and finished goods, while following the SUAP as per assigned work orders.
• Bag raw materials and seal bags using sealing equipment per the SUAP, ensuring correct quantities and quality.
• Arrange raw materials and required documentation into designated packaging according to the SUAP configuration.
• Perform basic quality checks to ensure proper assembly and packaging, following guidelines.
• Train on processes in Master Control as required before starting production jobs.
• Accurately record required information on work orders.
• Housekeeping and organization, including work area and warehouse cleaning, storing of and maintenance of all equipment, supplies and raw materials.
