• Sets up, operates, and maintains the manufacturing process.
• Competently operates all support equipment.
• Assists in training of entry-level employees.
• Makes necessary process adjustments.
• Performs quality tests/inspections assuring quality standards.
• Properly records production data and reports.
• Follows and participates in plant safe housekeeping guidelines designed to ensure a safe work environment.
• Remains compliant with SQF / HACCP requirements as per this location’s written “Food Safety & Quality Policy”
