ALPLA Group is seeking a Machine Operator to oversee the production line from production to packaging. The role requires a High School Diploma and ideally a technical background in the plastics industry, with at least one year of experience.

Schedule: 6 pm to 6:30 am, 12-hours (2-2-3 rotation weekends) - May differ during training, so candidate must be flexible to train on days.

Main Responsibilities

• Overall line responsibility from production to packaging
• Ensure goods are produced and packaged in correct quantity and in accordance with agreed specifications
• Accurately records goods produced, and problems encountered during shift
• Ensures product meets all quality specifications
• Color change performance
• Autonomous maintenance activities
• Line cleaning and line clearance
• Assists Machine Operator II/Supervisor and Mold Change Team with mold changes as needed
• Working together in a Team
• Ensure team works together as efficiently as possible
• Maintains good housekeeping within department
