Job summary

ALPLA in Lima, OH is seeking an entry-level production associate to oversee the line from production to packaging and ensure quantities align with specifications. You will record output, monitor quality standards, and participate in line clearance and maintenance checks.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to safety protocols, and continuous improvement within a stable, global packaging leader offering training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical background in plastics industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overall line responsibility from production to packaging.
• Ensure goods are produced and packaged in correct quantity and in accordance with specifications.
• Accurately records goods produced and problems encountered during shift.
• Ensures product meets all quality specifications.
• Line clearance performance and autonomous maintenance checklist.
• Perform color and material changes.
• Assist Machine Operator II/Supervisor and Mold Change Team as needed.
• Maintain good housekeeping within department.

Qualifications and Requirements:
