ALPLA, a global leader in sustainable packaging solutions, is hiring for a production line operator in Florence, AL. The role covers end-to-end line responsibilities from production to packaging, ensuring quantities meet specifications and records are accurately kept.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or equivalent; a technical plastics background and basic computer skills are preferred. Strong mechanical ability and teamwork are essential as you contribute to autonomous maintenance

Responsabilidades

• Overall line responsibility from production to packaging.
• Ensure goods are produced and packaged in correct quantity and in accordance with agreed specifications.
• Accurately records goods produced and problems encountered during shift.
• Ensures product meets all quality specifications.
• Color change performance.
• Autonomous maintenance activities.
• Line cleaning and line clearance.
• Assists Machine Operator II/Supervisor and Mold Change Team with mold changes as needed.
• Working together in a team and maintaining good housekeeping.

Schedule: 6 pm to 6:30 am, 12-hours (2-2-3 rotation weekends) - May differ during training, so candidate must be flexible to train on days.
