Job summary

ALPLA Inc. in Iowa is seeking an entry-level manufacturing associate to manage production lines from initial setup through packaging. You will ensure quantities meet specifications, record production data, and support mold changes as needed in a collaborative team setting.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and a mechanical aptitude. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement within a family-owned global packaging leader.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Overall line responsibility from production to packaging.
• Ensure goods are produced and packaged in correct quantity and in accordance with agreed specifications.
• Accurately records goods produced and problems encountered during shift.
• Ensures product meets all quality specifications.
• Color change performance and autonomous maintenance activities.
• Line cleaning and line clearance; assist mold changes as needed.
• Work collaboratively in a team and maintain good housekeeping.
