Job summary

Reser’s Fine Foods, Inc. in Production facility is seeking a Machine Operator 1 to set up, operate, and maintain basic food processing machines that produce intermediate products.

You will load materials, adjust settings, monitor quality, and ensure compliance with HACCP and company guidelines. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliability in a refrigerated manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery is preferred.
• Food industry experience is preferred.
• Must read, write, and speak English.
• Able to work with attention to detail and safety standards.
• Willingness to learn and improve.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic machines to produce intermediate food products.
• Set up machines for Production runs and adjust settings.
• Monitor machine operation for quality and conformance to guidelines.
• Inspect parts and perform tool changes as necessary to maintain quality.
• Clean and sanitize machines per guidelines.
• Ensure product date, weight, and temperatures meet guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
• Display positive attitude toward people, equipment, and policy.
• Follow safety protocols and HACCP requirements.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
