Job summary

Reser's Fine Foods is seeking a Machine Operator 1 in our Production facility. This non-exempt, hourly role requires operating and setting up basic machines, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Ideal candidates read and speak English (Spanish a plus) and work well in a team. Overtime and shift flexibility may be required to meet production demands.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English and be understood.
• English/Spanish bilingual a plus.
• Attention to detail and safety standards.

• Team player required to work closely and collaborate with others.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic machines to combine raw and processed ingredients into intermediate food products.
• Set up machines for Production runs, including loading materials and adjusting settings.
• Observes machine operation to ensure quality and conformity to company guidelines.
• Inspects parts to specifications and makes adjustments or tool changes as necessary to maintain quality specifications.
• Cleans and sanitizes machines according to company guidelines and machine specs.
• Ensures product date, weight, and temperatures are within established guidelines.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary work area.
• Displays positive attitude toward people, equipment, and company policy.
• Adheres to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Follows company safety guidelines, HACCP requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Regular, reliable attendance and punctuality is required.
