Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking manufacturing operators for an onsite position at a designated Regal Rexnord office. Base pay ranges from $22 to $25 per hour, with a $2 per hour shift premium and a $4,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret work instructions, blueprints and diagrams in English.
• Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations.
• Minimum one year of experience operating manufacturing equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machines following established procedures.
• Set up and adjust equipment per setup sheets and cards.
• Hand deburr and inspect own work; maintain quality records.
• Use precision gauges to verify calibration and part dimensions.
• Rotate across multiple machines; lift up to 50 lbs; stand for full shift.

Key Accountabilities

• Work from process sheets, blueprints, setup sheets, setup cards, Gemba boards, and verbal as well as written instructions.
• Hand deburring
• Set up, adjust and operate production machines in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
• Use calipers, micrometers, depth & height gauges, Sunnen gauges & plug gauges, hand tools and operator manual machines.
• Set up and/or verify preset gauges for proper calibration as required, inspect own work to ensure quality and quantity standards.
• Prepare and maintain quality records.
• Rotate between multiple machines, lift up to 50lbs occasionally and stand for an entire shift.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with mechanical aptitude and minimum one-year previous experience.
• Must be able to read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and diagrams in English.
• Demonstrated ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
