Phillips Manufacturing Co. in Florida is hiring a Machine Operator to run a production line on the 2nd shift (4 days, 10 hours: 4:30 PM–3:00 AM).

For onboarding, candidates must be able to work 1st shift hours (6:00 AM–4:30 PM) for up to 60 days; availability for both schedules is required. The role offers a $19.75 hourly base (18.75 base plus $1 shift differential) with several bonuses and benefits, including a shift differential, daily and referral bonuses, paid holidays and PTO, tuition

Qualifications

• Experience operating production machinery.
• Ability to read and take measurements.
• Moderate computer literacy for scanning and labeling.
• Willingness to work 2nd shift with onboarding on 1st shift up to 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Operation: Inspect, Prepare, Adjust, Minor Repair of Machine.
• Quality: Meet Product Specifications: Taking & Reading Measurements.
• Computer Literacy: Moderate Skills Required (Scanning, Labels, etc.).
• Reporting: Produce Legible & Accurate Production Reports.
• Packaging: Place Finished Cartons/Bundles in Proper Holding Carts.
• Safety: Abide by all Safety Protocol.
