Job summary

Zebra Technologies Corporation is hiring for an on-site manufacturing associate in Morris Plains, NJ. The 1st shift runs Mon-Fri, 6AM-2PM. You will operate and maintain machines, perform packing and assembly, follow work orders, and ensure safety and quality per ISO procedures.

The role offers $18.00 per hour plus a performance-based annual cash incentive and a comprehensive benefits program. Hybrid work is available for eligible roles, with opportunities for development and learning.

What We're Looking For

Operate and maintain machines and equipment while adhering to all quality and safety standards. 1st shift: Mon - Fri 6AM - 2PM

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform packing, assembly, and operate machinery as per instructions
• Follow work orders, labeling requirements, and productivity standards
• Conduct quality tests according to ISO procedures
• Adhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Communicate basic job-related information and collaborate within the team / department
• Build productive relationships and contribute to team success
• Learn and follow company policies, procedures, and processes under direct supervision
• Train team members when directed by supervisors
• Uphold and follow company values and standards

Key Skills and Competencies

• Basic computer skills
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to maintain productive working relationships in a team-oriented environment

Minimum Job Requirements

• Work on-site
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Work scheduled hours
• Wear PPE (Personnel Protective Equipment) Safety glasses, steel-toed boots, ear plugs, gloves, etc. See color
• Move objects up to 50 pounds

Wage: $18.00/hr

Incentive Compensation

In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 3% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
