Job summary

Zebra Technologies is hiring a manufacturing operations worker in Wisconsin. You will operate and monitor machinery in a production environment, follow safety protocols and quality standards, and contribute to efficient processes on a Monday–Friday shift.

The role offers $17.50 per hour plus $1 shift differential, with a $1,500 retention bonus after six months. No diploma is required; training is provided, and teamwork and safety are emphasized across the facility.

Responsibilities

  • Perform packing, assembly, and operate machinery as per instructions.

  • Communicate basic job-related information and collaborate within the team/department.
  • Build productive relationships and contribute to team success.
  • Learn and follow company policies, procedures, and processes under direct supervision.
  • Train team members when directed by supervisors.
  • Uphold and follow company values and standards.

What We're Looking For

Operates and monitors machinery and equipment used in manufacturing or production processes. This role requires individuals to follow safety protocols, ensure quality standards are met, and maintain efficiency in operations.

Shift: Monday-Friday 1:45pm-10pm

$17.50 per hour plus $1 shift differential

  • $1500 Retention Bonus after 6 months of employment with Zebra.

Incentive Compensation

In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 3% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
