Manufacturing Process Operator

mandatory uniform: plain green t‑shirt (no graphics), jeans and steel‑toe shoes.

Shift schedule:

• 2nd Shift: 2:45 pm – 10:45 pm
• 3rd Shift: 10:45 pm – 6:45 am

Pay rates:

• Machine Op I – $13/hour (0–3 years experience)
• Machine Op II – $14/hour (3–6 years experience)
• Machine Op III – $15/hour (6+ years experience)

Essential Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of production equipment and tooling in a gas turbine manufacturing facility.
• Take ownership of compliance, safety, quality, and productivity responsibilities.
• Act as a flexible team player and participate in problem‑solving and continuous improvements.
• Operate grinding, polishing, deburring machines/tools, pressure washers, grit blasters, pickle tanks, paint equipment, material‑moving equipment (forklifts, jib/gantry cranes, etc.), and related shop equipment/tools.
• Perform other assigned duties as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Willingness and availability to work off‑shifts.
• Minimum of 1 year manufacturing/mechanical experience using electrical and pneumatic hand tools.
• Ability to interpret and execute production drawings, blueprints, planning, and general methods.
• Support new product development requirements by performing assigned work as needed.
