Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up assigned equipment each day according to the production schedule and disassemble at close for sanitation.
• Monitor equipment operations, troubleshoot basic malfunctions, and notify supervision for significant issues.
• Record data, make adjustments, and calibrate systems to time, temperature, and positions.
• Read, use, and record measuring devices and product parameters.
• Work with maintenance to implement preventative maintenance and best practices.
• Follow safety, GMP, and food safety policies; maintain a safe, clean work area.
