Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and follow a designated recipe.
• Ability to read and follow verbal instructions.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written specifications, blueprints, or schematics in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned machinery per daily production schedule and sanitize at close.
• Monitor equipment, troubleshoot basic malfunctions, notify supervision for major issues.
• Record data, entries, and adjustments as needed.
• Calibrate systems to time, temperature, and equipment positions.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and follow GMP and safety policies.
• Work with maintenance to implement preventive maintenance programs.
