Spherion Staffing, LLC is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator Team Member for our Warsaw, IN plant on 2nd or 3rd shift. You will package products, operate forklifts, sample materials, and keep precise batch logs in a safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–4 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP and MS Office is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Package finished products and palletize.
• Operate forklifts and tow motors.
• Sample raw materials and log production data.
• Maintain batch logs and quality records.
• Follow ISO 14001 safety and environmental standards.
• Participate in safety programs and stop-work authority.
