Job summary

Double H Manufacturing seeks a production worker to tend, pack, and assist with utilities in a fast-paced facility in Indianapolis. You will respond to machine operation, assemble and pack items, and ensure proper labeling and traceability.

The role requires reading and speaking English fluently, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 30 lbs. GMP and SQF adherence is essential for safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and operate machines and tend production lines.
• Identify serious problems for maintenance and alert supervisors.
• Assemble and pack boxes with light-weight packaging components.
• Place boxes on skids and move materials to staging areas.
• Lift cases up to 30 lbs to 6 ft when required and operate case sealer.
• Deliver materials to machines and inspect product per quality standards.
• Apply labels and complete traceability forms, ensuring correct data entry.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow GMP and SQF standards.
• Support multiple lines as assigned and assist packers during peak times.
