Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum of two (2) years experience in Liners.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and write legibly in English to complete required forms and verify quality products are produced.
• Must have good vision, eye-hand coordination, and hearing.
• Ability to work overtime, holidays, weekends, days, or nights for 12 or more hours.
• Ability to stand, sit, kneel, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and crawl for extended periods multiple times per day.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Must have PPE familiarity and forklift operation.
• Ability to operate in warm, humid, and cool climates for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain extruder or draw down machines per procedures.
• Set-up, operate, and shutdown process equipment.
• Troubleshoot all process equipment and address jams.
• Maintain quality by inspection and report issues.
• Keep work area clean and organized; ensure materials are available daily.
• Communicate equipment issues to maintenance and use work order system.
