We currently have an opportunity for a **Machine Operator - Nights**at our **New Hope, MN** pasta production facility. We are offering a salary of $26.48 per hour with additional $1.15 per hour for the 3rd Shift (Nights 11p-7a).**Responsibilities:*** Operate packaging equipment and tote stations according to product specifications, ensuring accurate weights, coding, and product quality.* Adjust, troubleshoot, clean, inspect, and perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment to support efficient operation.* Complete and maintain accurate machine logs, downtime records, repair documentation, and work order requests as required.* Follow all health, safety, and fire prevention procedures and perform other duties as assigned.**Qualifications:*** Able to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed* Able to respond to alarms and resolve problems in a timely manner* Able to work well with teammates and communicate with all employees with respect and courtesy**Preferred Qualifications:*** High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution* Experience operating machines* Experience in a food manufacturing facility**Physical Requirements:**Qualified candidates must be able to perform the following, with or without reasonable accommodation:* Balance, stand, walk, perform simple grasping, and work in high heat/humidity for 12+ hours per shift* Lift up to 34 pounds for 12+ hours per shift, and up to 50 pounds for 10+ hours per shift* Bend, crouch, stoop, push, pull, perform fine manipulation, feel, and work in a dusty environment for 10+ hours per shift* Kneel, sit, reach above shoulders, and climb/work off ladder for 6+ hours per shift* Make fine distinctions in sound, distinguish objects and equipment visually, and express or exchange ideas by spoken or written wordRichardson is recognized as a global leader in agriculture and food processing with over 4,000 employees across the U.S., Canada, the U.K., and Europe.
