Amada America, Inc. is seeking a MACHINE OPERATOR to learn CNC production equipment operation, set ups, and part inspection. Training on the 1st shift will transition to 2nd shift after the training period.
The role emphasizes strong work ethic, attendance, and basic math skills; prior machining experience and familiarity with inspection equipment are a plus. Compensation starts at $19.00 per hour, with a $1.50 shift differential on second shift, plus benefits.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong work ethic, problem-solving skills and consistent attendance are essential. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractures and decimals. Prior machining experience and inspection equipment a plus.
While performing the duties of this job, the Staff Member is regularly required to stand, sit, talk or hear, use hands to pick-up, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The Staff Member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. The Staff Member may be required to work beyond normal business hours when necessary.
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English.
PAY:
$19.00 per hour to start- once on 2nd shift there is a $1.50 per hour shift differential.
