Job summary

LITTLE TREES is seeking a Machine Operator to run, monitor, and pack products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will operate machinery, ensure quality, and maintain production flow while adhering to SOPs.

The role requires lifting 45 lbs repeatedly, standing for long shifts, reliable transportation, and strong attendance. Teamwork and adherence to safety standards are essential for success in this position.

Job description

Hours:

5:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday - Thursday.

Salary:

$18.25 per hour, increasing to $19.25 within 6 months.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 45lbs repeatedly
• Must be able to stand for 10+ hour shifts
• Must have reliable transportation to Watertown, NY
• Must be able to maintain regular attendance in accordance with production demand
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Required to accurately operate machinery
• Required to keep up with production requirements, while meeting quality expectations
• Required to follow standard operating procedures (instructions & rules)
• Must be able to work effectively in a team environment

The Machine Operator is responsible for performing various tasks which include operating, filling, packing, and monitoring machine production, while ensuring the products meet our production quality standards. This position plays a vital role in our fast-paced manufacturing environment.
