Job summary

Little Trees in Providence, RI is seeking a Machine Operator to operate, fill, pack, and monitor production lines. You will help ensure products meet quality standards in a fast-paced facility.

Responsibilities include maintaining attendance, following SOPs, and working effectively in a team. The role requires you to lift 45 lbs repeatedly and stand for long shifts, with a starting hourly rate and a six-month raise.

Job description

Hours:

5:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday - Thursday.

Salary:

$18.25 per hour, increasing to $19.25 within 6 months.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 45lbs repeatedly
• Must be able to stand for 10+ hour shifts
• Must have reliable transportation to Watertown, NY
• Must be able to maintain regular attendance in accordance with production demand
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Required to accurately operate machinery
• Required to keep up with production requirements, while meeting quality expectations
• Required to follow standard operating procedures (instructions & rules)
• Must be able to work effectively in a team environment

The Machine Operator is responsible for performing various tasks which include operating, filling, packing, and monitoring machine production, while ensuring the products meet our production quality standards. This position plays a vital role in our fast-paced manufacturing environment.
