Job summary

The Machine Operator at LITTLE TREES is responsible for operating, filling, packing, and monitoring machine production to ensure products meet quality standards. This role is essential in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, requiring reliable attendance and attention to detail to keep production on track and team members safe and efficient.

We emphasize following standard operating procedures, working effectively in a team, and maintaining consistent production output in Watertown, NY.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 45lbs repeatedly
• Must be able to stand for 10+ hour shifts
• Must have reliable transportation to Watertown, NY
• Must be able to maintain regular attendance in accordance with production demand
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Required to accurately operate machinery
• Required to keep up with production requirements, while meeting quality expectations
• Required to follow standard operating procedures (instructions & rules)
• Must be able to work effectively in a team environment

Job description

Hours:

5:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday - Thursday.

Salary:

$18.25 per hour, increasing to $19.25 within 6 months.
