Altium Packaging is seeking a Machine Operator for a 12-hour shift in Turners Falls, MA. You will operate blow-mold, PET, and injection molding equipment to produce quality bottles while following GMP and safety policies. The role emphasizes teamwork, maintenance basics, and adherence to production schedules.

The position requires basic math and computer skills, experience in blow molding, and a high school diploma or GED. Training on company procedures is provided within 90 days.

• Introduction to preventive maintenance, mold, neck and blow pin changes.
• Operate blow-mold/PET/injection molding machines to ensure production of quality bottles.
• Adhere to quality control and blow mold process procedure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process problems.
• Perform bottle inspections and quality checks.
• Make adjustments to meet product specifications.
• Escalate bottle abnormalities or defects promptly.
• Monitor packaging material stock and replenish as needed.
• Move finished goods to designated area.
• Prepare daily production reports including rejects and line efficiencies.
• Prepare maintenance request forms and document repairs.
