Job summary

Altium Packaging LP is seeking a Machine Operator for the Franklin, MA area to operate blow-mold, PET and injection-m molding equipment. You will troubleshoot process problems, perform minor maintenance, and ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices to keep production lines running efficiently.

The role requires safe work practices, punctuality, and collaboration with team members to drive continuous improvement and maintain high product quality.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills required.
• Basic computer experience.
• Blow mold experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow-mold/PET/injection molding machines to ensure production of quality bottles.
• Adhere to quality control and blow mold process procedure.
• Maintain safe work practices by wearing PPE and following safety policies.
• Keep work area clean, organized and free of clutter.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on blow-mold and support equipment.
• Prepare daily production reports including rejects, regrinds, line efficiencies.
