Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking a Machine Operator in Batavia, NY to run blow-mold, PET and injection molding machines, and to troubleshoot process issues to keep the line running efficiently. You will assist with minor maintenance and ensure adherence to GMP and safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires basic math and computer skills, with preferred blow mold experience. Training is provided within 90 days of hire. 12hr-D shifts and overtime may apply.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills are required.
• Basic computer experience.
• Blow mold experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow-mold/PET/injection molding machines to produce quality bottles.
• Perform bottle inspections and quality checks during production, packaging and labeling.
• Document daily production reports including rejects, regrinds and line efficiencies.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on molding equipment and support systems.
• Maintain safe work practices and proper PPE usage.
