Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking a Machine Operator to operate blow-mold, PET, and injection molding equipment on a 12‑hour shift in Turners Falls, MA. The role emphasizes GMP compliance, quality inspections, and continuous improvement alongside a collaborative team.

You will perform machine adjustments, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to maintenance tasks while following safety policies and production schedules. Prior blow-mold experience is preferred.

• Blow mold experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow-mold/PET/injection molding machines to ensure production of quality bottles.
• Demonstrate safe work practices and PPE compliance.
• Prepare and document daily production reports (rejections, regrinds, line efficiencies).
• Troubleshoot process problems and perform minor maintenance to keep lines running.
• Inspect bottle quality during production, packaging and labeling; perform audits and quality checks.
• Move finished goods to designated areas and ensure proper labeling and packaging.
