Altium Packaging is seeking a Machine Operator for the Turners Falls, MA area to operate blow-mold and PET/injection molding lines, ensuring quality bottles and adherence to GMPs. You will follow safety policies, document daily production, and support maintenance tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, problem-solving, and continuous improvement, with a 12-hour shift and mandatory overtime as needed. Training provided within 90 days of hire date.

• Basic mathematical skills are required.
• Basic computer experience.
• Blow mold experience.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrates safe work practices by wearing correct PPE and following safety policies.
• Demonstrates punctuality and adheres to work schedule.
• Collaborates effectively with team members to support production goals.
• Participates in continuous improvement processes to drive plant-level changes.
• Adheres to General Manufacturing Policies and safety standards.
• Performs bottle inspections and quality checks during production, packaging and labeling.
• Operates blow-mold/PET/injection molding machines and related equipment to produce quality bottles.
• Troubleshoots process issues and performs minor repairs as needed.
• Prepares and documents daily production reports including rejects, regrinds, and line efficiencies.
• Maintains organized work areas and supports maintenance requests for equipment repairs.
• Alerts Lead Operator/Supervisor of any bottle anomalies or quality issues promptly.
