Job summary

Sabre Industries, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator B to join our manufacturing team in Fort Worth, TX. You will be responsible for cutting, laying out, punching, bending, drilling, and stamping materials in accordance with shop drawings and work orders.

The role requires reading blueprints, using a tape measure, and ensuring quality and safety in daily operations. Under the supervision of the Manufacturing Manager, you will operate machines, adjust tooling, and assist with maintenance as

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of welding environment experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Read shop drawings, specifications, and work orders to determine operation sequence.
• Cut, lay out, punch, bend, drill or stamp materials per shop drawings with minimal defects.
• Change or replace tooling and consumables on machines as needed.
• Operate machinery with correct setup to prevent equipment damage.
• Read a tape measure to 1/16 inch accurately.
• Maintain clean and organized work area; follow safety and quality procedures.
• Contribute to safe working environment through quality, safety and organization.
