Job Description

Title: Injection Press Operator

Reports To: Injection Area Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Operate wax injection tools safely and correctly following work instructions
• Perform visual inspections of wax patterns to ensure quality standards
• Report daily production quantities accurately
• Identify and communicate issues or defects to supervision
• Adhere to safety and 6-S cleanliness guidelines

Physical and Mental Demands:

• Move between multiple machines safely, maintaining quality standards
• Use upper extremities constantly
• Handle various injection tools on presses
• Stand and walk for over 8 hours daily
• Operate heavy machinery
• Reach and handle activities at different levels: knee, waist, shoulder, overhead
