CPI Card Group is a light manufacturing company specializing in producing contact and contactless payment cards for our customers. We offer a comprehensive range of solutions and expertise in plastics manufacturing, personalization, and fulfillment to deliver fully customized card packages.

We are currently seeking dedicated production employees for all shifts at our Littleton, CO facility. We provide an extensive benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, 401(k) matching, and more!

Hourly rate: $21.25

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 5:00am-3:30pm

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery accurately, load and unload materials, and make error adjustments according to instructions, checklists, product specifications, and customer job tickets.
• Monitor and address quality issues during each customer job run to minimize downtime and waste.
• Complete all Smart Card forms and documents related to the department with high accuracy.
• Maintain accurate records of all completed work in the shop floor data system and/or manual forms.
• Perform required audit paperwork based on the job stage and equipment used.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• At least one year of previous machine operating experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic skills to operate technical machinery, including using a caliper and hand tools.
• Basic computer skills, including data input/output and program loading/unloading.
• Ability to read and understand simple instructions and to write basic reports.
• Effective communication skills for one-on-one and small group interactions.
• Ability to understand written, oral, or diagrammed instructions and solve problems involving multiple variables.
• Keen attention to detail, including color differentiation.
• Elementary proficiency in English communication.
• Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and calculating rates, ratios, and percentages.
• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

Physical Requirements:

• Standing, walking, bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
• Work environment may be noisy, requiring ear protection.
• Good eyesight, hand/eye coordination, and normal color vision are essential.
• Use of hands/fingers for precision tasks with tools and equipment.
• Ability to handle detailed work that can be mentally and physically tiring.
• Operate rapidly moving machinery requiring quick adjustments.
• Work shifts may include overtime to meet deadlines.
