We are currently seeking hardworking production employees for all shifts at our Littleton, CO facility. We offer an extensive benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, 401(k) matching, and more!

Hourly Rate: $21.25

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 5:00am-3:30pm

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery accurately, load and unload materials, and perform error adjustments based on instructions, checklists, product specifications, and customer job tickets.
• Monitor and correct quality issues during each customer job run to minimize downtime and waste.
• Complete all Smart Card forms and documents related to the department with high accuracy.
• Maintain accurate records of all work completed in the shop floor data system and/or manual forms.
• Complete required audit paperwork based on job stage and equipment operated.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operating experience of at least one year.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic skills to operate technical machinery, including using a caliper and hand tools.
• Basic computer skills, including data input/output and program loading/unloading.
• Ability to read and understand simple instructions and write basic reports.
• Effective communication skills for one-on-one and small group interactions.
• Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions and solve problems involving multiple variables.
• Keen attention to detail, including color differentiation.
• Elementary English communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations and compute rates, ratios, and percentages.
• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

Physical Requirements

• Standing, walking, bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
• Work environment may be noisy; ear protection may be required.
• Good eyesight, hand/eye coordination, and normal color vision.
• Use of hands/fingers for precision tasks.
• Attention to fine detail, which can be mentally and physically tiring.
• Quick adjustments to rapidly moving machinery to minimize waste and delay.
• Work may require overtime and shift work to meet deadlines.
