Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator in Delaware, OH. No advanced manufacturing experience is required and paid training is provided.

You will operate and monitor production equipment, load materials, perform quality inspections, and assist with machine setup while following safety standards. We offer 12-hour rotating shifts with day 7:00 AM–7:00 PM and night 7:00 PM–7:00 AM (10% differential) on a 2-week rotation.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Experience with forklifts, overhead cranes, or measuring tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Schedule

12-Hour Rotating Shifts

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (+10% shift differential)

2-Week Rotation

• Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday (48 hours)
• Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday (36 hours)

Only 7 working days in a 14-day pay period, providing extended time off between shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Load materials and support machine operations

Physical Requirements

• Lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
• Stand, walk, bend, and climb throughout shifts

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Must be able to work rotating 8–12 hour shifts
