Now Hiring: 2nd Shift Saw Machine Operator Monday through Friday 2pm-10:30pm
Pay: $22–$23 per hour

Join our team as a Saw Machine Operator on 1st shift and be part of a company that values safety, precision, and continuous improvement. We’re looking for a dependable, safety-focused professional with experience in machine operation—ideally within the metals industry.
Operate saw machines and other material handling equipment including cranes and forklifts.
Accurately pull, inspect, and verify materials before processing.
Set up machines safely and correctly per work order specifications and setup notes.
Process materials according to detailed written instructions.
Perform in-process inspections to ensure products meet specifications; record measurements as required.
Communicate effectively with sales and production teams regarding order requirements or discrepancies.
Conduct routine preventive maintenance and contribute to a clean, organized work environment.
Manage material identification tags accurately following written procedures.
Assist with material packaging according to work instructions.
Maintain measuring instruments and weighing scales in proper working condition.
Identify, document, and separate scrap or non-conforming materials.
Provide performance feedback on machine efficiency and product quality.
Support and participate in lean manufacturing and quality improvement initiatives.
Train new team members as needed.
Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a culture of workplace safety.
This role operates in a warehouse environment and involves working with heavy machinery.
High school diploma or GED required.
Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs.
Prior experience as a machine operator in a warehouse or metals industry environment.
Forklift operation experience required.
Comfortable using hand-held measuring tools.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital systems.
Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset.
