Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a 2nd shift Manufacturing Associate at our Ballinger, TX site. The role supports manufacturing operations, handles inventory, and ensures safe, accurate order fulfillment on a 2nd shift from 4:30 PM to 2:00 AM. Base pay $15.00/hour with $1.50 shift differential.

We hire at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED. Forklift and overhead crane certification are required or obtainable after employment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• A combination of education and experience may be qualifying.
• Must be able to become certified to operate a forklift vehicle and overhead crane.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer responsive and efficient manufacturing support activities.
• Complete work assignments and customer orders safely, accurately, timely and without damage.
• Assist co-workers and customers.
• Inspect materials, products, machinery, tools and equipment.
• Assist with inventory management activities including daily updates to the ERP system.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
• Assist in the movement of inventory within and among workstations and areas.
• Comply with all safety requirements and use applicable personal protective equipment.

Job Description

Base pay rate is $15.00 per hour plus $1.50 shift differential

2nd Shift: 4:30PM - 2:00AM
